Cowan Creek Amenity Center Expanding to Meet Sun City, TX Growth
Sun City TX, in the heart of Texas hill country has many excellent facilities to help residents get and stay in shape. Two full amenity centers, 3 golf courses, a ball diamond, miles of trails and wide paved sidewalks, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball and more I’ve probably forgotten to mention. Work out facilities are among the most used.
The second Amenity Center, Cowan Creek, is not large enough to accomodate the baby boomers moving to Georgetown, TX, so is undergoing expansion of the fitness equipment area. Residents have full use of pools at both Texas Drive Fitness Center and Cowan Creek during expansion- five swimming pools and three hot tubs in all along with a spacious area of equipment. Perfect timing for a Central Texas summer. A third Amenity Center is underway to be completed in 2017.
