Rugg Realty LLC uses this website to help people research Sun City Texas homes and connect with our real estate team. This notice explains how information moves through our website and the services we use.

Information you provide

When you register, save a search, or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, housing preferences, and message. Our inquiry forms record the submission time, the page used, and the wording of any optional report request. Please do not include Social Security numbers, financial account details, passwords, or other sensitive documents in a website message.

Search accounts and client records

IDX Broker provides property searches, saved searches, saved properties, and property-alert emails. It may record account and search activity to deliver those features. We transfer contact details and inquiries into Less Annoying CRM (LACRM) so our team can assign responsibility, keep relevant notes, and follow up. Agents and brokerage administrators can access records according to their account permissions.

Correspondence with our team may also become part of your client record through connected email accounts. Please tell your agent if a message concerns a personal matter unrelated to your real estate needs.

How we use your information

We use information to answer questions, help with buying or selling, deliver requested property alerts, maintain account and communication preferences, and operate and protect the website. Sending an inquiry allows us to respond to that inquiry; it does not automatically enroll you in automated text messages or a recurring monthly newsletter.

A first-time website registration or inquiry may receive a welcome email with our current market report. Property-alert emails are managed through your IDX search account. An optional request for the monthly report is recorded for follow-up; recurring report delivery is still being set up.

Services, cookies, and outside links

Our website uses WordPress hosted by Kinsta, IDX Broker for search accounts, LACRM for client management, and email service providers to deliver communications. These services process information needed for their functions. Hosting and search services may collect technical information such as browser details, IP addresses, access times, and security logs.

Search and account features use cookies or browser storage to maintain sessions and remember choices. Property-alert emails may include tracked links. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking them can affect account access or saved-search functions.

Videos, maps, community documents, and other outside services have their own privacy practices. Opening an outside link or embedded service can send technical information to that provider. Read IDX Broker’s privacy policy for its account and cookie practices.

Your choices and requests

You can change your saved-search preferences in your IDX account or ask us for help stopping alerts. You can also contact us to update your details, change how we contact you, or request access to or deletion of information. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the relevant service provider. Some records may need to be retained for transaction, legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
